Lynn is a Registered Nurse and an Independent Consultant with a range of experience in acute, primary care and the private sector. Having specialised in quality improvement and risk management for the last 18 years, Lynn has an excellent understanding of this area and now consults, advises and lectures internationally on healthcare governance, risk management, quality and patient safety issues.

Prior to working as an Independent Consultant, Lynn worked as one of the first Directors of Governance in the UK, in an acute specialist NHS Trust, where she developed, led and managed the Governance Unit to deliver health improvement and quality programs.
The focus of her work within the last three years has been on Board Assurance, Standards for Better Health and the development of Integrated Governance. Lynn has had many speaking engagements with Health Care Events at the Royal College of Surgeons and also in Sydney Australia. |
